Affordable homes at Taman Tasik Puchong (Aug 8, 2009)

PUCHONG: LBS Bina Group Bhd has launched its latest project, Town Villa @ Taman Tasik Puchong, which will be developed over three phases.

With its affordable pricing from RM180,000 as well as the strategic location, the project has seen overwhelming response, with some 97% of 104 units under Phase 1 being fully sold within three weeks after the soft launch.

Phase II comprising 96 units has been opened for public viewing since Sept 9 in conjunction with the unveiling of the Town Villa show unit.

This Affordable Homes Series V by LBS occupies 5.5 acres of the Taman Tasik Puchong development land of 162 acres. The 330-unit 2-storey townhouse project with guarded facility has a gross development value (GDV) of RM62.3 million.
