KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Norwest Sdn. Bhd, a member of Bina Puri Group of companies has entered into a sales and purchase agreement with Quill Buildings Sdn Bhd to acquire a piece of land measuring 145,658 sq ft land for RM11,652,692 on March 15.
According to a Bursa Malaysia listing on Monday March 15, the freehold land is located at Lot 1621, Sg Teba Railway Line, Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur. A high-end residential development, comprising 30 units of 3-storey bungalows is being planned for the site.
The expected gross development value (GDV) is more than RM60 million.
