The five terraced houses in Lebuh Clarke were done up as individual units for those who want the experience of staying in traditional terrace with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony upstairs, and a large living room and garden downstairs. This part of the hotel will also welcome pets, something quite rare in Malaysia.

- The four shophouses in Transfer Road have had a floor added to make them three storeys. The ground floor serves as a shop in the front and a spa at the back, which opens from the laneway garden. Staircases lead to the first and second floors that accommodate eight suites of sitting room, bathroom, bedroom and balcony.

- The six shophouses in Hutton Lane have had two floors added, and a lift will be installed with disabled access provided. The ground floor will have the reception area, bar, air-conditioned restaurant and verandah restaurant, as well as kitchen, back-of-house requirements and offices. The lap pool will sit adjacent to the rear verandah. The three floors above accommodate 32 bed-cum-sitting rooms, each at least 40 sq m in size and a generous bathroom. Those at the rear have balconies, while some at the front have outdoor decks. All rooms have Jacuzzis and will meet five-star standards.
