SHANGHAI: Colliers International today announced strategic appointments for its senior management team. The property consultancy returned Alan Liu to Colliers to head the China and Taiwan businesses, while Piers Brunner was promoted to President of Asia and Jamie Horne became Chairman of the Asia Pacific business.

Dennis Yeo, the current Managing Director for China, Taiwan & Singapore, will focus on strategic business development and expanding Colliers’ industrial services throughout Asia, while strengthening Singapore’s role in the South Asia business. The move reflects the company’s commitment and strong positioning in the region and a desire to provide better service to its growing client base.

“We see the improved collaboration with our USA and European businesses will help enhance our offering in Asia. We are delighted to bring back to our management team Alan Liu, who has extensive experience with us and the greater China markets,” said Jamie Horne, the current Regional President who will soon be Regional Chairman.

The company announced earlier this year that it would integrate with FirstService Real Estate Advisors to create the world’s third-largest commercial real estate services firm.

The combined entity will operate as Colliers International, and will provide an enhanced and comprehensive platform to serve clients at the local, regional and world level.
