KUALA LUMPUR: Eupe Corporation Bhd posted a net profit of RM377,000 in the first quarter ended May 31, 2010 (1Q), surging from RM63,000 a year ago.
In a Bursa filing on Thursday, July 29, the group said its revenue increased by 12% to RM27.2 million from RM24.34 million a year ago.
The better performance was due to higher take-up rates of its Seri Astana Parcel E and Cinta Sayang Resort Homes projects, as well as revenue recognition from the projects.
Its basic earnings per share stood at 0.29 sen, up from 0.05 sen a year ago.
