FAM Development unveils RM80 mil bungalow development

KUALA LUMPUR: FAM Development Sdn Bhd, under FAM Holdings Sdn Bhd, is introducing 3-storey bungalows in Taman Taynton View in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur in a private preview this weekend (Dec 12 & 13).

The project called Taynton Harmoni (picture), with a gross development value (GDV) of RM80 million, is just next to the Sekolah Menengah Seri Mutiara.

The development sits on a 3.2-acre freehold tract and consists of sixteen 3-storey exclusive bungalows. There are six types of designs to choose from, with built-ups from 5,670 sq ft to 8,670 sq ft. Prices are from RM3.8 million to RM6.8 million.

FAM Development’s chief marketing officer Jean Liew tells theedgeproperty.com that the gated-and-guarded residential development is just 10 minutes from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, and also comes with a clubhouse.

Another interesting feature is the introduction of an internal landscape in the master bathroom. The bungalows have seven rooms with attached bathrooms.

“We’ve started selling about one week ago and so far, five units have been booked. We’re waiting for our show unit to be ready before the official launch, maybe in five or six months,” she said.

Past projects by the developer include Sunway Batu Caves, a joint-venture mixed development with Sunwaymas Sdn Bhd with a GDV of RM300 million.
