Glomac Damansara was first launched in 2009, comprising a total of four phases.

The first phase was launched in March 2009, comprising 12 units of 5- and 8-storey shop offices, which were fully sold on an en-bloc basis, and a RM70 million 16-storey office block, which may be used as the group’s headquarters.

The second phase, consisting of a 25-storey Corporate Tower, was sold en bloc as well.

The freehold project is surrounded by Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Damansara Utama, Damansara Jaya, Bandar Utama, Mutiara Damansara, Desa Sri Hartamas and Mont’Kiara.

Glomac Bhd is looking to fully launch Glomac Damansara by the middle of 2011.
