PETALING JAYA: Hap Seng Land Sdn Bhd will open for sale a selection of bungalows and link bungalows homes, Urbana@D'Alpinia, on Saturday, Sept 24.

The homes in the 76-arce D'Alpinia are developed under the build-then-sell concept and is located within southern golden triangle of Puchong, Seri Kembangan and Putrajaya townships.

"This literally means that what you see is what you get," explained Datuk Paul Ng Kee Seng, chief executive of Hap Seng Land's property division during a special press preview of the development.

"Homes in Urbana@D'Alpinia will be very close to completion at the time they are made available to the market. This enables a potential owner to experience his or her property almost in its entirety before making a purchase," added Ng.

Urbana@D'Alpinia comprises 26 units of 2½-storey bungalow homes with a built-up area of 4,749 sq ft to 5,845 sq ft and 38 units of 2- and 2½-storey link bungalow homes with a built-up area of 3,489 sq ft to 4,168 sq ft.

The bungalow homes, which start from RM2.1 million, feature large glass windows and generous garden exteriors. The link bungalow homes with prices starting from RM1.6 million, offer wide entranceways and generous balcony areas.

Homes in Urbana@D'Alpinia also come with built-in features such as solar heater, water filtering system, alarm system and auto-gate, air-conditioning units, bathroom accessories and shower screen as well as built-in kitchen cabinets with hood, hob and oven. All homes will be TM Unifi-ready.

"Build-Then-Sell homes also provide a potential home owner with invaluable peace of mind. One does not have to worry about unfinished developments by unscrupulous developers," said Ng, who believed that the homes are ideal for upgraders and investors

According to Ng, properties in D'Alpinia have seen an average capital appreciation of 20% since it was launched in 2009. He is confident the momentum will be sustained given the robust outlook for the landed property sector.
