Isola — which means "Island" in Italian — is located in a central location, with access to major highways and transportation hubs as well as established business districts including private medical and public facilities.

"I salute our customers for their confidence in the market. We are together in making the current landscape of the property sector active and attractive," said Sime Darby Bhd Group COO and Sime Darby Property managing director Datuk Abd Wahab Maskan.

Wahab added that Sime Darby is confident that its products will continue to match market and consumer needs in terms of prices and product requirements amid the sector's cautious outlook for the coming year.

"Prospects will continue to be strong, especially for properties built by reputable and sustainable developers in city centres, growth areas such as Klang Valley and other urban centres," Wahab said. "The positive response to Isola is clearly reflective of this."
