KUALA LUMPUR: LBS Bina Bhd expects to launch its last phase of Taman Royal Lily in Cameron Highlands in 1Q2010. Its last phase comprises 26 units of 2-storey link houses (pictured), 5-storey shop apartments and 11 bungalow lots.

The 30-acre Taman Royal Lily has a combined gross development value of RM26.1 million.

LBS Bina’s managing director Datuk Lim Hock San told theedgeproperty.com the link houses, with built-ups of 1,529 sq ft, are priced from RM328,000 while the 5-storey shop apartments are tagged from RM125,700 to RM303,900 and sized from 419 sq ft to 1,133 sq ft. The 11 bungalow lots are priced at RM80 psf.

“We have built our presence in Cameron Highlands for eleven years now. Our buyers are usually mainly from Cameron Highlands, Ipoh and the Klang Valley,” he said.

Taman Royal Lily, first launched in 2002, is a joint-venture project with the state government. According to the developer, 4-storey apartments, 5-storey apartments, bungalow lots and 2-storey link houses with a total GDV of RM71.4 million (excluding last phase) have been sold since 2002.

The Kuala Lumpur-based developer is known for its developments in Sungai Way in as well as Bandar Saujana Putra in Selangor.
