KUALA LUMPUR: Sharikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Bhd (SPK Bhd), through its property division SPK Homes, is set to launch 2-storey bungalows and semi-detached (pictured) houses known as The Lake Garden Villas, within its 500-acre Cahaya SPK development in Shah Alam on May 15.

The Lake Garden Villas comprises 19 bungalows and 50 semi-dees on a 12.15-acre leasehold tract, with built-ups ranging from 3,022 to 4,678 sq ft. The bungalows are priced from RM2.176 million while the semi-dees are tagged from RM1.2 million.

The bungalows come with six rooms and six attached baths, plus one powder room while the semi-dees have five rooms and attached bathrooms, as well as a powder room.

The Lake Garden Villas offers lakeside living in modern contemporary design with an open concept.

According to SPK Homes’ general manager of sales and marketing Si Pik San, vouchers worth RM30,000 each will be given out during the weekend launch (May 15 and 16), subject to terms and conditions. The expected completion date for the bungalows and semi-dees are January 2012.

Cahaya SPK is a guarded community, with 78 acres of open park, water canals and playgrounds including jogging and cycling tracks. It is a low-density development with an overall average of eight units per acre with a 25,000 sq ft lakeside clubhouse, and dining, health and recreational facilities.

SPK Bhd is primarily involved in construction, property, technology and oil and gas.
