Mah Sing acquires two companies

KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd has acquired two companies — Capitol Avenue Development Sdn Bhd and Liberty Property Management Sdn Bhd — for a cash consideration of RM2 each respectively.

In a filling to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Mar 25, Mah Sing said that Capitol Avenue is a private limited company with an authorised share capital of RM100,000 comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which two ordinary shares of RM1 each have been issued and fully paid-up.

It added that Liberty Property Management is a private limited company with an authorised share capital of RM100,000, comprising 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each, of which two ordinary shares of RM1 each have been issued and fully paid-up.

Mah Sing said that pursuant to the acquisitions, Capitol Avenue and Liberty Property will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Mah Sing, adding that companies are presently dormant.

The intended principal activities of Capitol Avenue and Liberty Property are property development and property management respectively.
