CYBERJAYA: Country Heights Holdings Bhd’s latest project in Cyberjaya in Selangor, Mansion Park, is located within Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status city, Cyberjaya.
This exclusive 6.9-acre (2.79ha) gated and guarded residence will feature a range of signature villas that ensures ample personal space and privacy for every family member.
“Mansion Park focuses on the generational living concept in which different generations can live together in the same home, without compromising life’s luxuries such as comfortable living spaces,” said Dianna Lee, group chief executive officer of Country Heights.
Mansion Park, which has a gross development value of RM110 million, is a low-density residence, offering only 72 units of 3-storey signature villas. With built-up areas ranging from 4,085 sq ft to 5,363 sq ft, the villas come with 5+1 bedrooms, including a dual master bedroom as well as a 20ft linear garden at the backyard. Prices for the units range from RM1.7 to RM2.8 million.
The development was launched in September last year and currently has a take up rate of 50%.
Each villa incorporates a ceiling height of 13ft (4m) and large floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the feeling of spaciousness and maximising the use of natural lighting.
“At Country Heights, we know that there is much joy in living with family and sharing in each other’s lives. However, choices are limited for big families who not only want to live together, but also seek a luxurious and quality lifestyle,” Lee said.
Accessibility is also a key feature at Mansion Park as the residence is connected by major highways, including the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), North South Expressway Central Link (Elite), Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) and Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway (PLUS).
Upon completion, Mansion Park will be well-served by quality educational institutions such as the Seri Puteri Boarding School, Sekolah Kebangsaan and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Cyberjaya, the ELC International School, the Cyberjaya University College of Medical Science, Kolej Internexia, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, University Malaysia and the Kirkby International College.
Shopping and recreational activities are also within a short distance at the Cyberjaya Street Mall and Alamanda Shopping Centre, plus the upcoming new mall in Cyberjaya, D’Pulze.
According to Country Heights, construction is progressing well and the development is expected to be fully completed in 2016.
Founded in 1984, Country Heights is a group whose core businesses include property development; property investment; and hospitality, leisure and health. Among its previous projects are the Mines Resort City, which is soon to be transformed into the Mines Wellness City, as well as upmarket residences in Damansara and Kajang.
