PETALING JAYA (April 29): Property developer MCT Bhd reports that 98% of the total residential units at its GreenCasa @ Cybersouth in Cyberjaya were snapped up just five days since its launch.

"The response was overwhelming and 98% of GreenCasa was taken up. The common questions raised by customers were the connectivity, surrounding amenities and development, which will further increase the value of the property in Cybersouth,” said MCT Bhd’s executive director, Lim Kok Boon to theedgeproperty.com.

The project, which has a gross development value of RM235 million and houses 418 double-storey terraced house units , with a built-ups from 1,545 sq ft to 1,913 sq ft, is priced from RM519,800 to RM700,000.

GreenCasa is the first phase of Cybersouth. The three-phase Cybersouth township development is nestled on 417 acres leasehold land in Cyberjaya, which can be accessed by a number of highways, such as Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP), Maju Expressway (MEX) and North-South Expressway (Elite).

Nearby amenities include schools, colleges and universities, shopping malls, hospitals, the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Putrajaya Sentral station.

“This is a sustainable township with an integrated mix of residential and commercial components. Besides excellent accessibility with a network of major highways, the township will also be surrounded by pockets of lush landscaped garden, as well as an estimated 10-acre central park,” Lim noted.

Lim also added that the phase 2 of Cybersouth – double-storey terraced houses – is set to be launched this year.
