Mudajaya appoints new joint managing director

KUALA LUMPUR: Mudajaya Group Bhd  (MGB) has appointed Anto Joseph as its joint managing director.

Anto has been the executive director of Mudajaya Corporation Bhd (MJC) since 1996, and was appointed executive director of MGB in March 2004, it said in a Bursa announcement on Friday, April 8.

Prior to his engagement with MJC, Anto who has over 34 years of professional experience, worked for Pernas Construction Sdn Bhd and was the senior regional construction manager of Pengurusan Lebuhraya Bhd.

Meanwhile, Ng Chee Kin and Yong Yee Coi were both appointed executive director of MGB.

Ng, who served as director of MJC in 2004, was reappointed as executive director of MJC a year later and has also served as general manager of special projects in MJC.

Yong, the former general manager of Engineering and Procurement of MJC, joined MJC in 1992 and has served as director of MJC since 2004.- Bernama
