Mutiara Goodyear targets the medium range market with Nadayu 92

KUALA LUMPUR: Mutiara Goodyear Development Bhd's latest residential project Nadayu 92 is set to make its mark in Kajang, Selangor.

Spanning across 68 acres of freehold land next to the Kajang Hill Golf Club, Nadayu 92 is a gated and guarded development aimed at the medium range market.

According to the developer, the project will position Mutiara as a developer that gives value for money.

Type D of one of the Nadayu 92 unitsPhase 1 of the development which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM230 million, comprises 53 units of 2-storey, 22 units of 2½-storey and 20 units of 3-storey terraced homes with built-ups ranging from 2,116 sq ft to 3,890 sq ft.

Prices start from RM450,000 onwards for the 2-storey units, RM593,000 onwards for the 2½ storey units and RM699,000 for the 3-storey units. The entire development has a GDV of RM320 million, and Phase 1 is expected to be completed by 2012. Registration of interest will start on Saturday, Dec 11.

The development is also the company's second project under the Nadayu brand, the first being its flagship Nadayu at Taman Melawati in Kuala Lumpur with a GDV of RM1 billion. Nadayu Melawati, a 80-acre freehold development of luxury bungalows, semi-detached and linked homes was launched in June this year. Phase 1 of the development is 80% sold.
