OSK Property Holdings director resigns

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Boon Chuan, an executive director of OSK Property Holdings Bhd, has resigned from his post effective immediately, the group announced to Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Mar 11.

Tan, 50, had joined group subsidiary OSK Properties Sdn Bhd in 2004 as chief operating officer.

He was previously a business development director in Citraprop Sdn Bhd for two years.

Before joining Citraprop, he was attached to many subsidiaries of Arab-Malaysian Corporation Bhd for about nine years, being a director of Melawangi Sdn Bhd before he left.

Tan has a direct interest of 22,491 shares representing a 0.01% stake in OSK Property Holdings.

The group's latest project is its RM350 million Mirage by the Lake luxury residential development in Cyberjaya.
