Over 40 property projects showcased at Mapex 2010

KUALA LUMPUR: Thirty-seven developers are showcasing 40 over property projects in the Klang Valley at the Malaysia Property Exposition (Mapex) 2010 from Friday, July 16 till Sunday at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre.

Visitors will have a choice to choose from 4,827 housing units, of which 3,453 are highrise homes, while the rest are link, semi-detached, township and bungalow units, said the Real Estate And Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (Rehda) in a statement on Friday.

It said the houses comprised a good mix of completed and off-plan units, with 387 already completed, 912 open for registration and the remainder being built.

Rehda-organised Mapex 2010 is now into its 10th year since its first expo in 2000. — Bernama
