KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 7): SCP Property Services Sdn Bhd's duplex flexi-office suite development in Shah Alam, SCP-CENTRO@Shah Alam, has hit 95 per cent sales mark.

In a statement on Jan 7, its director, Chuah Swee Guan, said the development comprised 245 units of duplex flexi-office suites over 20 stories including a business and recreational level.

He said the project has received strong response driven by its strategic location in the heart of Selangor's state capital.

Chuah said the duplex flexi-office suites were purpose-built to suit the lifestyles of young entrepreneurs and professionals where they could stay back and work round the clock with compliments of "hotel facilities".

"SCP-CENTRO is targeted at enterprising professionals who basically look for everything when purchasing a property. "And what makes it so appealing to this group is SCP-CENTRO is the very first duplex office concept in the city to hit the local market to meet their demands of a contemporary work-live culture," he said.

He said the development was currently 60 per cent completed with full completion expected in the third quarter of next year.
"The suites are priced from RM454,000 to RM858,000. The remaining suites that are still available are those priced between RM470,000 and RM490,000," he said.

The SCP Group is involved in car park, office buildings and property development. SCP Property is currently developing three projects in the Klang Valley, including SCP-CENTRO and one in Kota Kinabalu with a total gross development value of RM600 million.-Bernama
