Trenerry Abbotsford Melbourne to launch in KL this weekend

KUALA LUMPUR/MELBOURNE: Trenerry Property Group's waterfront residential development called Trennery Abbotford in Melbourne is set to launch this weekend in Kuala Lumpur, ahead of its launch in Australia and its first launch in Asia.

According to a statement released recently, local marketing agent Jalin Realty is the exclusive marketing agent for the development. Trenerry Abbotsford is situated on the banks of the Yarra River and minutes away from historic landmark Dights Falls. The central business district is only three kilometres away.

The medium-sized residential will be limited to 109 sizeable one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments and warehouses within seven floors, and each unit will have at least one car park bay and a storage cage. The website states that the built-up areas range between 732 sq ft to 1270 sq ft. The apartments include high specification fittings including Ganggenau and Miele appliances and recycled bamboo floors.

Trenerry Property Group director Rob DiCintio said Trenerry offers something unmistakably new in a highly-sought-after area. "The desire for waterfront property, and city-fringe living are evolving trends in the Melbourne market and Trenerry offers both. The are is tightly-held with minimal residential development and so, interest is rapidly rising," he said.

DiCintio said only 1% of all property in the Abbotford area is on the waterfront, and Trenerry offers excellent potential for capital growth. The site offers easy access to public transport, with bus stops and Victoria Park train station within walking distance. It is also close proximity to shopping and cultural precincts.
