UEM Sunrise Signature Selection campaign achieves RM215m sales

PETALING JAYA (March 23): UEM Sunrise Bhd has sold a total of 129 properties worth RM215 million across the central and southern regions following its two-month Signature Selection campaign held late last year.

UEM Sunrise managing director and CEO Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib said through this campaign, the company has sold RM163.4 million worth of properties in the central region including Schubert which is located in Symphony Hills, Cyberjaya and Residensi22 in Mont’Kiara.

“In the southern region, RM52 million worth of products were taken up, with a majority of the sales from Estuari Gardens and Teega located in Puteri Harbour, as well as Nusa Idaman,” he said in the press statement.

The Signature Selection campaign started from Sept 1 to Oct 31 last year.

Buyers who bought the properties under Signature Selection – in Mont’Kiara, Cyberjaya and Iskandar Puteri in Johor – were eligible to participate in a lucky draw.

The lucky draw was held on March 19 this year and saw 19 lucky winners walk away with prizes worth more than RM2 million – including one Range Rover Evoque, four Mercedes C200s, three Mercedes A250s, three Honda Jazz cars as well as eight exclusive holiday vouchers worth between RM25,000 and RM40,000.

“We are grateful for all the support and through Signature Selection, we have new happy home owners and its success further encourages us to bring to the market more innovative campaigns to incentivise customers,” said Anwar.

UEM Sunrise Bhd is the property development arm of UEM Group Bhd, which is wholly-owned by Khazanah Nasional Bhd, an investment fund of the government of Malaysia.
