The partnership entails the development of design, construction and operation of recreational parks - to be called ESCAPE Kids, with the aim of elevating leisure areas with exciting and family-friendly attractions. 

“The main objectives of the proposed Residential Tenancy Act are to prepare legal provisions, specifically to protect homeowners’ and tenants’ rights, prepare a uniform template for residential tenancy agreements, create a dispute-resolution institution, specifically, to resolve disputes between parties involved in residential-tenancy transactions,” the updates said.

According to EdgeProp Singapore, the partnership was established by a signed agreement between two companies on Nov 22, 2021. The partnership entails that the digitalisation of GuocoLand’s portfolio is expected to be implemented in its upcoming mixed-use development located at Lentor Central.
