Deep-pocketed construction company Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd is defying concerns over a property market slowdown as it continues to pull in orders. Over the past three months, it has bagged four projects totalling more than RM1 billion.
Consortium Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd (CZBUCG), which is currently undertaking a RM6.3 billion project to build three expressways and an undersea tunnel linking Penang island to the mainland, has its sights set on clinching several more mega projects here.
