Solid Automotive buys 4.7-acre land in Klang from Top Glove

PGF Capital Bhd (KL:PGF) is acquiring two parcels of freehold land, totalling approximately 9.608 acres in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, for a mixed development project — that will include a condominium, hotel, serviced residences, and several commercial elements — with a gross development value (GDV) of RM600 million.
The two nominees are Ng Cheng Shin and Ooi Hoot Kuang.

The MOU, which was signed on Feb 2 with Solarvest and focused on developing a green industrial township within DESA 100, is now considered irrelevant due to the land sale.
