According to the agent, this is the first unit in the development to be tenanted since the handover in May.

Pavillion REIT said its manager, Pavilion REIT Management Sdn Bhd, has entered into a conditional sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with Equine Park Country Resort Sdn Bhd and Revenue Concept Sdn Bhd to acquire the five-storey shopping mall and two levels of basement car park located on 3.45ha of freehold land in Subang Jaya.
Brian Lim Choon Wah will be sharing the ownership of the condominium unit with his younger sister Crystal Lim Ai Ping. Both of them were accompanied by their parents – Danny Lim and Lily Yoong – to sign the sales and purchase agreement at the condominium.
