YNH Property’s 3Q net profit slumps 97% to RM43,000

YNH Property Bhd’s net profit slumped 97.07% to RM43,000 for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2022 (3QFY2022), from RM1.47 million for the same quarter last year, amid completion of the K163 development here.

Sunsuria sees revenue increase of 4% year-on-year to RM99.9 million for 4QFY2022

The improved revenue performance was mainly contributed by Monet Garden at Sunsuria City township as well as from the group’s on-going projects; Sunsuria Forum (Phase 2), an integrated residential and commercial development at Setia Alam; Tangerine Suites at Sunsuria City township, and Bangsar Hill Park (Block A, D, and E).

UEM Sunrise marks topping out of Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara

UEM Sunrise Bhd conducted a topping out ceremony for Residensi Astrea Mont’Kiara on Tuesday (Nov 29). The high-rise luxury development is on schedule for completion at the end of 2023. First launched in October 2018, the 37-storey tower with 240 units sits on 2.4 acres of freehold land and has a gross development value (GDV) of RM323 million.
