Bina Puri Properties Sdn Bhd was served a petition in relation to unpaid taxes amounting to RM849,499, while Bina Puri Sdn Bhd (BPSB) received a separate petition over a larger tax sum of RM4.
The bid-rigging involved six tenders for maintenance works in Putrajaya, including amenity trees, main drains, gross pollutant traps and retention systems across various precincts.
The project covers the construction and completion of 1,004 apartment units, along with podium parking, commercial spaces, resident facilities and infrastructure works.

The two contracts follow four contracts worth RM145.
