KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 16): MN Holdings Bhd (KL:MNHLDG) said it has secured four contracts worth a combined RM122.
Under the contract, the multinational corporation has the option, but not the obligation, to award the mechanical and engineering fit-out works to SCSB, subject to finalisation of the project contract.
The letter of appointment was received from “one of the leading multinational technology corporations headquartered in the US”, with the client’s identity undisclosed.
The contract, slated for completion by Dec 7, 2026, covers the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty and maintenance of mechanical systems.
The strong quarterly performance also boosted its nine-month results to a record high, with net profit more than doubling to RM243.
“We have room for expansion and at the right time when we need the money and the timing is right we will go and tap the sukuk market,” group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Azmir Merican said.
Energy Transition Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof revealed that data centres in Selangor and Johor were allocated less than a third of their initial water supply request.
"These facilities provide manufacturers with scalable computing capacity for digital twins, real-time analytics and cloud-based manufacturing execution systems.
EcoWorld said the notes, which will be issued from time to time, were fully subscribed by a major local financial institution, reflecting “strong investor confidence in the group’s credit strength and the long-term prospects of the data centre project”.
Privasia said the project will now be spearheaded by its subsidiary, Silver Streams Technofarm Sdn Bhd.
