RAWANG (Dec 23): The second phase of Illaria Hillside Homes @ Gamuda Gardens, developed by Gamuda Land, has seen 80% of the 116 linked homes snapped up by buyers after the virtual launch on Dec 12, 2020.

In a media statement today, Gamuda Land said the Illaria Hillside Homes sits on a 13.8ha site next to a hillside park. The leasehold development carries a gross development value of RM257 million.

The first phase of Illaria which was launched in October this year, has seen its 42 units of townhouses fully sold.

Second phase of Illaria comprises 116 linked homes priced from RM560,000. The standard unit land size measures 20 ft by 65 ft with 4- with 3-bedroom layout options.

Illaria Hillside Homes’ common facilities include a community garden, a children’s playground, a community kitchen and a barbecue area, as well as a hilltop viewing point and co-working spaces designed as an extension of a home that provides spaces for relaxation, work and social mingling.

“It has been our proposition from the onset that Gamuda Gardens is more than merely bricks and mortar. It’s a town where people can forge bonds with one another while reconnecting with nature. To achieve this, we brought together all the necessary ingredients to make that happen,” said Gamuda Gardens general manager Chu Wai Lune.

As part of Gamuda Gardens, Illaria Hillside Homes residents can enjoy modern conveniences such as the Waterfront Village overlooking a majestic lake and provides food and dining options, a grocer, ample co-working spaces, and a Gardens Wellness club that offers sports and wellness facilities.

The 328ha Gamuda Gardens is located in north Sungai Buloh captivates people with its 20ha pet-friendly central park featuring two waterfalls, five cascading lakes, and community places. It has easy access to the North-South Expressway, Guthrie Corridor Expressway, as well as LATAR Expressway.

Gamuda Land has also earmarked plots for medical and educational centres, lifestyle retailtainment zones, offices, and commercial spaces, as it enhances the vibrancy of the self-sustaining township for the benefit of residents and Northern Klang Valley as a whole.
