KUALA LUMPUR (July 18): Boustead Properties Bhd is collaborating with FRIM Incorporated Sdn Bhd for the conservation and preservation of a 2.1km river park development in its township development, Mutiara Hills in Semenyih.

In a statement on Monday (July 18), Boustead Properties said the river park will contribute towards building a stronger sense of community in the 1,200-acre smart, integrated township, which is being developed in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Boustead Properties chief executive officer Khairul Azizi Ismail said the company will continue to explore and harness various sources of renewable energy to achieve a near-zero carbon development with smart mobility, an efficient water management system and other environment-friendly features to promote liveability.
