Austin Hills, Andaman Group, Johor Baru, Taman Daya

The first two serviced apartment blocks of the Andaman Group’s ARC @ Austin Hills in Taman Daya, Johor Baru, are currently 50% taken up since being launched on July 31.

A third block is scheduled for launch after Chinese New Year next February. The RM600 million project will be developed on 5.11 acres of freehold land.

“In just over 70 days since our launch, we have secured sales of over 700 units,” said managing director Datuk Seri Vincent Tiew.

This figure does not include bookings which could not be converted into sales because the potential buyers could not secure loans, he added.

“Our project is priced 20% lower the general market price in Taman Mount Austin and Taman Daya,” said Tiew.

ARC @ Austin Hills offers 1,843 units of 650 sq ft (two bedrooms), 850 sq ft (three bedrooms) and 900 sq ft (three bedrooms). Prices start at RM420 psf. Maintenance fee and sinking fund charge are RM 0.25 sen per sq ft.

Amenities include an Olympic-size swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue pits, squash courts,  sky garden and Japanese-inspired garden with koi pond.

The project will have a multi-tier security system with CCTV on the perimeter fencing and card access.
Andaman Property Group will be organising a year-end carnival to win new buyers, and retain existing ones, as well as publicise its latest projects in Johor.

“We want to show our buyers appreciation. There will be three events on separate dates where visitors will get to experience the “Ice Room”, ride a hot air balloon and be part of a food truck carnival,” said Tiew.

ARC @ Austin HIlls is scheduled  for completion in 1Q2019.
