KUALA LUMPUR: Ajiya Bhd has acquired industrial land in Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park measuring 2.84 acres for RM3.5 million.
In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia on April 14, it said the Sale and Purchase Agreement was entered into via Ajiya’s wholly owned subsidiary, ABM Industries Sdn Bhd with Bismamas Sdn Bhd to purchase vacant land in the industrial park known as Lot 53, Export Oriental Industrial Zone, Phase II.
The transaction is for the expansion of Ajiya Group, which is an investment holding company based in Segamat. The Group’s activities include manufacturing and marketing of high-quality glass products, metal roofing, metal door and window frames, floor decks, metal ceiling and other building materials.
