KUALA LUMPUR: The Altium — a Green Building Index (GBI) certified mixed development in Damansara Perdana, Selangor — is slated to launch in the second quarter (2Q) of this year, said AQRS The Building Company Sdn Bhd (AQRS) general manager Jerry Lau.

In a recent email interview, he told theedgeproperty.com that it was currently in talks with several public-listed companies over the en bloc sale of the RM380 million development's office component, dubbed The Prime.

The Prime is a 30-storey Grade A office tower with GBI Gold certification with a gross floor area of 300,000 sq ft.

The other components are The CEO Suites — 10 stories of Grade A GBI-certified Soho suites — and The Pulse — a three-storey GBI-certified commercial podium for food and beverage (F&B) and retail outlets "under a green canopy setting", said Lau.

The CEO Suites will contain 136 units ranging from 600 sq ft to 850 sq ft, in one- or two-bedroom configurations. Prices for the units start from RM500,000 sq ft.

Meanwhile, the 32,500 sq ft-retail podium will be kept for recurring income, said Ng.

Other facilities including meeting rooms, multi-purpose function rooms, a roof-top garden, pool, gymnasium, and games room. In the pipeline are a secretariat/business centre, convenience shop, bakery/café and clinic.

AQRS's prior projects are the Residency and Bistari 'De' Kota, residential and commercial projects in Kota Damansara.

Its ongoing project is Contours@Melawati Heights, featuring 41 units of luxury twin villas. Amongst its future projects is Gombak Grove, a series of 25 zero-lot bungalows in Gombak.
