KUALA LUMPUR: Following a 40% take-up rate of its Amarin Wickham green condominium project after the launch here on July 24, luxury property developer Amarin Group will launch the luxury freehold 21-unit project across the Causeway.

The Singapore launch, which will take place on Oct 24 and 25, will capitalise on the surge of investor sentiment following the better-than-expected take-up for Amarin Wickham.

The group is confident the rest of the units will be sold given the attractive price point of the units, said director Andrew Hah.

“The unit sizes are significantly more spacious than in most other developments, especially the super triplex penthouses which come with sizable private pools, and a roof sun deck and garden perfect for private entertaining while all units enjoy a common gym, pool and landscaped garden facilities,” he said.

The units also sport various green features such as insulation, water-saving sanitary fittings, environmentally friendly materials and energy efficient appliances which have earned the project a provisional Green Mark Goldplus rating from BCA Singapore, he said.

He added that “serious buyers” will be offered exclusive specials during the Singapore launch, saying: “We are keen to grow the Amarin brand in Singapore.”

Located in the coveted Jalan U-Thant embassy enclave, Amarin Wickham has an estimated gross development value of RM120 million. It consists of duplexes and triplexes from 3,000 to 9,000 sq ft, with an average price of RM1,150 psf.
