
KUALA LUMPUR: Amcorp Prima Realty Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AMDB Bhd, has launched a low-density bungalow development in its Kayangan Heights development in Shah Alam.
Kenanga Woods comprises 27 leasehold bungalows in a gated enclave. It offers 20 units of 2½-storey bungalows with built-up of 4,300 sq ft and seven units of 2-storey bungalows of 4,000 sq ft. Land area sizes range from 10,247 sq ft to 24,340 sq ft.
The bungalows are priced between RM2.1 million and RM2.7 million.
Kenanga Woods’ residents will enjoy the same facilities as those living in Kayangan Heights including the clubhouse Kelab Impiana, which boasts an infinity pool, gymnasium and a barbeque pit.
The development also features a linear park with jogging tracks along with two playgrounds.
Amcorp Prima Realty’s general manager, Mohd Fazil Abdul Hamid said the company is optimistic of achieving 100% take-up for Kenanga Woods by end-2010.
The masterplan for the 416-acre Kayangan Heights features 850 premium bungalow lots, of which 400 have been sold. So far, 80 bungalows have been built.
