KUALA LUMPUR: Penang-based Belleview Group aims to launch six projects worth some RM800 million, from now until next year-end, its founder and managing director Datuk Sonny Ho said.

Among the launches are All Seasons Park and Place, Melody Homes, Bukit Dumbar Residences, 6-Western Avenue, high-end condominium development Moulmein Rise and landed project W Residence, all in Penang.

Officially launching tomorrow Dec 5 is the long-awaited freehold All Seasons Park condominium offering 808 units in four blocks. Tagged from RM248,900, the built-ups of these condo units range from 856 sq ft to 2,333 sq ft.

The 2-storey retail component of the project – the 45,000- sq-ft All Seasons Place – is scheduled for launching January next year. A total of 120 units will be leased.

The All Seasons project is on a site of an abandoned project. The state government had appointed Belleview to revive the project on a 20-acre site. The developer then decided on a new building plan for the site comprising two developments – All Seasons Park and Place, as well as Melody Homes.

Melody Homes comprises 500 apartment units which will be officially launched next year. These units with built-ups from 700 sq ft opened for sale in July from RM159,900. At press time, some 50% has been taken.

Ho said he plans to float the company on the local bourse before his retirement in 2014.
