PUTRAJAYA (April 13): Precinct 12 offers the perfect place for residents and visitors alike to enjoy healthy pursuits, such as jogging, cycling and the outdoors,” said Sabariah Ramli, general manager of marketing of Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd (PjHomes), which hosted the Superbike Stopover@Augusta on Saturday.

“These two-and-a-half-storey, semi-detached houses are perfect for those looking for a home close to nature, as they are set amid a luxurious resort environment and surrounded by landscaped greenery as well as the acclaimed Taman Wetlands,” said Sabariah during a tour of the Augusta development and show unit in Precinct 12.

The units are designed with green design features, which include a long overhang roof for optimal sun shading, solar panel water heater system, rain water harvesting system, high ceilings and generous window openings.

“The luxury and comfort of residents are prioritised. Each home also comes with a private lap pool, personal lift, and large balcony space as well as a generous car porch that accommodates three cars,” she said.

The Augusta residences are scheduled for completion by August this year. Each unit is priced from RM2.68 million, with land areas measuring up to 6,469 sq ft and built-up areas of up to 4,794 sq ft.

“As a reward to our loyal purchasers, we are offering a 10% rebate on the selling price. What’s more, by employing a build-then-sell approach, our purchasers will not have to wait long for their dream home,” Sabariah also said.

Earlier in the day, a convoy of 100 Ducati superbikes and luxury cars set off on the excursion to Putrajaya for a first-hand taste of what the city has to offer. They stopped at pit stops along the way including the futuristic-looking Seri Wawasan Bridge and the upcoming Ochre business suites. The final stop was the Taman Wetlands, which is within the vicinity of Precinct 12.

In Precinct 12 alone, the developer’s offerings include the Augusta resort homes, the recently sold-out Pine Valley terrace houses and the soon-to-be-launched Turnberry terrace homes.
