Companies undertaking share option schemes, warrant and share buy back exercises on May 21

KUALA LUMPUR: Several companies on May 21, conducted share option schemes, warrant and share buy back exercises as announced on Bursa Malaysia.

Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd undertook an employees’ share option scheme by issuing 45,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each, which will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9am May 25, 2010.

Those undergoing warrant exercises were IJM Corp Bhd which issued 439,600 new ordinary shares of RM1 each that will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9 am, May 25, 2010.

Following suit is Magna Prima Bhd, with a warrant issuance of 22,100 new ordinary shares of RM0.25 each that will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9am, May 25, 2010.

A & M Realty Bhd, issued warrants of 8,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each that will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9am, May 25, 2010.

Share buy back exercises were conducted by Brem Holding Bhd that bought 84,300 shares for RM99,124.62.
