Delloyd Ventures unit acquires land for RM18m

KUALA LUMPUR: Delloyd Ventures Bhd acquired two pieces of freehold land with a paint shop in Mukim Hulu Bernam Timur, Daerah Batang Padang, Perak for RM18 million, it announced on Thursday, March 31.

Delloyd Ventures's wholly-owned subsidiary Delloyd Industries Sdn Bhd entered into the sales and purchase agreement on behalf of the group.

The group revealed that the acquisition represents an opportunity for it to increase its automotive components manufacturing capacity.

Moreover, the lands are located adjacent to its existing factory in Tanjung Malim owned by Delloyd Industries.

Delloyd Ventures engages in the manufacture, trading, wholesale, retail, and export of electronic automotive parts and accessories in Malaysia, Indonesia and internationally.
