KUALA LUMPUR: A proposed disposal of freehold property by Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd was not carried out following a decision based on a poll carried out by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on Monday, 28 June, 2010, according to a filing on Bursa Malaysia on the same day.

In a separate filing to Bursa on December 16, 2009, it was announced that a 3.31-acre property in Mukim of Petaling and District of KL, in Wilayah Persekutuan owned by Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd, was to be disposed for RM7.64 million to Action Master Sdn Bhd.

Bukit Jalil Development is a 70%-owned subsidiary of Ho Hup Construction Company.

Ho Hup's primary activities are building contracting works and engineering, procuring, constructing and commissioning pipeline system, as well as foundation and civil engineering.
