KUALA LUMPUR (April 18): Hua Yang Bhd will unveil The Alder Residences — the first phase of its freehold Taman Pulai Hijauan township — in Johor on Sunday.

Buyers of The Alder Residences who place bookings during the launch
this Sunday will receive a RM5,000 cash voucher, and will only pay
RM500 as an initial commitment

The Alder Residences has a gross development value (GDV) of RM70 million, and is an eight-acre gated and guarded neighbourhood. This phase comprises 255 units of 2-storey houses with built-up areas from 1,834 sq ft with four bathrooms and three bathrooms, as well as land areas of 1,300 sq ft.

The homes are targeted at the middle-income segment, and prices will start from RM250,000.

"The Alder Residences is ideal for young couples looking to raise a family, first-time homebuyers and up-graders looking for something better that is still affordably priced," said Hua Yang Johor Bahru branch manager Soo Kim Hiang.

He noted that the houses will come with high ceilings to maximise the usage of space and skylight windows to allow natural sunlight inside.

"We've also undertaken extensive landscaping to reflect a greener and natural environment," he added.

Buyers of The Alder Residences who place bookings during the launch this Sunday will receive a RM5,000 cash voucher, and will only pay RM500 as an initial commitment.

Taman Pulai Hijauan has a GDV of RM380 million and will have 849 terraced, cluster and semi-detached homes come up on a 140-acre tract.

This is the group's second township in the state after Taman Pulai Indah, which has a total GDV of RM818 million.
