J-Avenue completed in November

PETALING JAYA: Tanjung Balai Development Sdn Bhd will hand over J-Avenue shopoffice project (pictured), which is located just behind AEON Jusco Cheras Selatan, in Selangor to buyers in January.

Speaking to theedgeproperty.com, its business development manager Kimmy Yap said the leasehold development was completed in November and certificate of practical completion (CPC) has been issued on Dec 17.

“We expect to get the CF (certificate of fitness) by next month and hand over the property to the buyers after that,” she added.

Tagged from RM738,000 to RM1 million during the launch in August 2008, the project was built on a 3.86-acre site offering 26 units of 1,449 sq ft and 14 units of 990 sq ft. It has 196 parking bays.

Tanjung Balai Development also has a piece of land in front of the Jusco mall, on which it plans to build a 3-storey retail complex with a basement car park next year.

The developer has gotten the development order for the 150,000-sq-ft complex. It plans to retain the complex for recurring income.
