KUALA LUMPUR: Keladi Maju Bhd, a stock under the Bursa Malaysia property index, saw its net profit for third quarter ended Oct 31, 2009 (3QFY2010) jump 51.6% to RM5.9 million, from RM3.9 million a year earlier, due to the completion in construction of existing property projects in Taman Lagenda.

Its revenue increased 5% to RM18.55 million, from RM17.67 million the previous year on the new launching in Taman Lagenda. Its basic earnings per share is 0.78 sen. No dividend was declared.
