KUALA LUMPUR: KLCC Property Holdings Bhd's net profit rose to RM65.68 million for its second quarter (2Q) ended Sept 30, 2010, from RM60.75 million a year ago on higher revenue, it announced to Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, Nov 24.

Its revenue increased to RM233.05 million from RM215 million a year ago on higher income from its hotel operations as well as improved rentals from the retail mall and office building, specifically rental revisions of Dayabumi.

Basic earnings per share stood at 7.03 sen, up from 6.5 sen a year ago.

The group has declared a dividend of five sen per share.

On its prospects, KLCC Property Holdings said it expected to perform satisfactorily as its earnings are supported by long-term office tenancies and strong retail activity.
