KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Mah Sing Group is launching M Club, a loyalty programme to reward its customers for their support in Mah Sing’s brand and products.

Mah Sing group managing director and chief executive Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said that M Club is a way of showing the company’s appreciation to its customers.

“Over the years, we have continuously enhanced our developments to ensure that we meet our buyers’ needs, and the good take-up for our projects is a reflection our customers’ satisfaction and confidence in our offerings,” he said in a statement on Wednesday, Aug 18.

Among the privileges enjoyed by M Club’s members are repeat purchase discount, buyer-get-buyer rewards, as well as birthday surprises. The company said that more rewards would be introduced in the near future.

There are three categories of M Club cardholders: M Classic, M Gold and M Platinum, and members are categorised according to the accumulated value of Mah Sing property purchased by the members from Mah Sing directly.

The company added that purchasers of Mah Sing’s properties who have executed the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Mah Sing Group would soon be receiving their exclusive cards.
