Mayland's [email protected] sees 70% take-up

KUALA LUMPUR: [email protected], a development by Mayland View Sdn Bhd, has seen a take-up rate of 70%, said the company's head of sales and marketing Eddy Tan to theedgeproperty.com.

The freehold development, located on a 2.5-acre tract at the junction of Jalan Kuching and Jalan Sultan Ismail, was launched in 2008.

The RM650 million project comprises 1,130 apartment units, and will have 1,300 car park bays. Regular apartment units range from 500 sq ft to 1,560 sq ft in size, while duplex and penthouse units have built-ups from 2,800 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.

Duplex and penthouse units are priced at RM680 psf.

The target market for [email protected] are young executives, young couples and investors.

The project is scheduled for completion in June next year.
