KUALA LUMPUR: Melati Ehsan Holdings Bhd announced on Friday, Oct 29 that it has purchased 3.32 acres of freehold land in Bukit Jalil from Bukit Jalil Development Sdn Bhd for a future residential development project.

The Group said the acquisition is an opportunity for the Group to accumulate strategic land bank in a prime location at a reasonable price.

“The said land is situated in an area with positive residential property development potential at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan,” it said.

Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company and operates mainly in the construction industry.
