KUALA LUMPUR: Following the success of Phase 1 of Nadayu 92 in Kajang, its developer Mutiara Goodyear Development Bhd will be launching the next phase of the lifestyle homes.

Encouraged by the strong response to phase one which was sold out within a day, Mutiara is offering another four units of luxury bungalows and 24 units of semi-detached homes for sale.

"The bungalows and semi-detached homes are designed with generous built-up that allows seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. This will allow flexibility in the usage of spaces," said executive chairman Hamidon Abdullah in a press release on Friday, Mar 4.

Priced from RM2.2 million onwards, the bungalows has a built-up of 6,142 sq ft while the semi-detached homes, offering a built-up of 4,579 sq ft, are priced from RM1.3 million onwards.

"It is a testament to our capabilities in providing good concept and quality homes that appeal to those looking to live in a safe and decent controlled living environment. Hence, we expect a good take up rate for the bungalows and semi-detached homes," said Hamidon.

The gated and guarded development sits on 69 acres of freehold land with total gross development value of RM350 million. The launch is scheduled for March 5.

The developer has several projects in the pipeline to be launched, including Nadayu 290 featuring high-end condominium units and villas in the Penang Island, Nadayu 28 a mixed development comprising residential and commercial units in the prime location of Bandar Sunway, and the remaining phases of Nadayu Melawati an exclusive development of bungalows, superlinks and semi-detached homes.
