KUALA LUMPUR: Main board-listed Naim Holdings Bhd appointed new executive directors (ED) to lead the company on Feb 2 after one of its EDs and another deputy managing director (MD) resigned, according to a statement to Bursa Malaysia.

In the statement, the company said that it appointed William Wei How Sieng, 59; Radzali Alision, 55; and Sulaihah Maimunni, 53 as EDs and also announced the resignations of ED Ahmad Abu Bakar, 55; and deputy MD Dr Sharifuddin Abdul Wahab, 53.

Wei holds an MBA from St Clement's University in the UK and a Bachelor of Business Management from University of Melbourne, Australia. Wei began his career as a headmaster in the Sarawak State Education Department. From 1990 onwards, he ventured into a wide range of businesses including newspapers publication, management, property development, property management, construction manufacturing and trading. Wei has been with the Naim Group since the company’s inception.

Radzali Alision holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from London South Bank University. Radzali first joined Naim Cendera Sdn Bhd. in January 2005 as the head of Property Investment & Overseas Business. In January 2008, he became vice-president – Market Intelligence of Naim Holdings Bhd. In March 2009, he was redesignated as vice- president of Property to handle the property management, sales and marketing of the group.

Prior to joining Naim Group, Radzali was a director of property consultant CH Williams, Talhar Wong & Yeo Sdn. Bhd.

Sulaihah Maimunni holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Civil Engineering from University of Wales, Swansea. She is a civil engineer with more than 26 years of experience. She has worked with UEM Group Bhd and its subsidiaries holding positions such as director Business Development & Engineering and executive director, chief executive director being her last portfolio before her departure from the UEM Group. Prior to her last position in the UEM Group, she was the managing director of Sarawak Hidro Sdn. Bhd, the owner of the Bakun Hydroelectric Project.
