PETALING JAYA: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the master developer of Taman Tun Dr Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, won two awards in the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2009.
Its TTDI Plaza Condominium won in the "Best Residential Apartment", while its website www.nazattdi.com won the "Best Development Website" category. The awards ceremony was held in Singapore on July 16.
"Following the recent success of the BrandLaureate 2008-2009 Awards for Best Product Branding in Township Development, the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards further strengthened the TTDI brand that is synonymous with quality and innovation and takes the brand to an international level," its chief operating officer Eng Kim Leng said.
The property developer, which recently won the BrandLaureate Award 2008-2009 for best product brand in township development, has to-date completed more than 14,000 residential and commercial property units. It is developing the RM4-billion Platinum Park in the KLCC area in Kuala Lumpur.
Located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, the 27-storey TTDI Plaza comprises of 176 residential units and 114 units of retail outlets and offices. TTDI Plaza was designed with bioclimatic and environmental consideration resulting in an energy-efficient building that promotes natural ventilation and daylight.
The condominium project was launched in August 2004 and the prices ranged from RM475,000 to RM1.37 million, while the shop offices were launched at prices ranging from RM2.5 million to RM6.6 million. It was completed in December 2006 with a 100% take-up rate.
Meanwhile, the Naza TTDI website is a user-friendly and interactive website with corporate and project information. It was upgraded in 2008 for improved navigation, projecting a cleaner and more sophisticated image of Naza TTDI, apart from being fully flash activated.
